[Opinions] Letitia

It comes across as dainty to me...also, silly/goth because it makes me think of Morticia "Tish" from The Addams Family...and quirky-fun-odd because I know Lettice is a form of it, and that reminds me of lettuce...and I do appreciate the positive meaning, so...I like it, overall.
I'd prefer Laetitia over Letitia, because 'let' seems passive in a way that bugs me a bit, plus I'd associate it with "happiness" more closely than I would Letitia.
Letty is cute, but I think I'd be more likely to use Tish.

Oh and
I just realized that in English the last part gets pronounced like tish-a, I don't like that at all, sorry :( I also don't care for Patricia.
