It is in fact an actual Japanese name and not a made up name. Many traditional Japanese names included numbers, sometimes to name the birth order of their children (1st child, 2nd child, etc.)
I'm sure this name can have different meanings besides the ones Felie described using different kanji, but I don't know them at the moment.
To me it gives a manly yet cute vibe, but it's a little too traditional sounding for my tastes. I am really not a fan of combining western names with Asian names however, just seems wrong to me.
