Joar seems to be a new trendy name among the Swedish speaking Finns: I haven't seen it used by Finnish speaking Finns. Kerttu Elsa Orvokki, on the other hand, has a very strong vintage vibe: you could come across an old lady (80+ years old) bearing these names. All three names are popular again, though Orvokki only as a MN (modern Finns seem to prefer shorter and softer sounding names as FNs).
