I like Briony a lot; I'd probably use Bryony, just because I'm more familiar with it.Elizabeth and Eloise both run into the y of Briony; this isn't really a problem but I'd try to insert a mn that starts with a consonant between them: Briony Jane Eloise? Briony Joy Elizabeth?Any of the others would be excellent: I'd go for Briony Caroline or Briony Juliet.
