It has a 1950s vibe for me, like
Dean. It's alright. It's a dated sound now. I'd be surprised to see it used for a kid. But meeting a
Bruce is no stranger than meeting a
Walter or a
Gus ... those are dorkier, IMO.
B names aren't my favorites and
Bruce is no exception. But I used
Bruce as my son's middle name, honoring his grandfather. So I'm glad to know someone likes it.
