Topaz is really incomplete imo.
This is because in Italian the word is 'topazio'. Even if Topazio seems masculine It is better than Topaz imo.
The best would be Topazia but It is not used here since 2005 (and the latest year it was used before was in 1998).
In your list the best combos are:
Topaz Winifred
Winifred Topaz
Topaz Eleanor
Eleanor Topaz
Topaz Sylvia
Sylvia Topaz
