I quite like Anthea, but not enough to use it. I was at school with a pleasant Anthea who never had a nn at all.
Anthea actually works well to honour an Anthony - not an Antony, though!
Athena has got zilch to do with Anthony. I'd use Antonia before Anthea, but either would be fine.
