Romanus works as a biology professor in a Toronto, Canada university. He has wavy brown hair and hazel eyes, his family ancestry is from all over Europe including Spain on his mother’ side. Roman was a graduate assistant when he and Sarika met; she was an international student visiting from France. She inherited her father’s blond hair and green eyes, but her mother’s straight hair and voluminous hair thanks to her Indian background. She now is an associate researcher in bioengineering at the university.

The Wolffs had another set of twins! This time they were blessed with identical twin boys. Strangely enough, their coloring mimics their twin sisters’ - Zacharie has black hair and green eyes like Ophelia (his hair is straight though) and Daniel has the same wavy, blond hair and hazel eyes that Valerie does. It turns out Adilena will be staying in Canada after all! She’d been dating a charming local musician with curly, reddish-auburn hair and blue eyes named Grant, and this year he proposed after she mentioned possibly moving back to France. She’s moved in with him and his pet bearded lizard, Odin.

Two big things happened this year - Lena and Grant got in a massive fight after she caught Grant in a compromising position with her sister-in-law! After that, Sarika and Roman got divorced. Sarika and Grant have now gotten married themselves and she and Roman share custody of the children, who are living with him (and Lena, who moved back in with her brother for now).

Roman got remarried to a veterinarian with straight, blond hair and violet-gray eyes named Ruby. Sarika was promoted and is now the head of the bioengineering department at the university. Lena got a new job in France and transferred back there. She’s sad to be leaving her nieces and nephews, but now that Roman has Ruby she knows that they’ll be okay and is ready to move on with her life.

Ophelia married a conservation officer from Iceland and moved there with him. His name is Benedikt “Ben” and he has straight, blond hair and hazel eyes. They just had a daughter, Willow, who has wavy, black hair and green eyes just like her mother. Valerie got a new job in a bookstore and is currently single, still living in Canada. Felix got married to his girlfriend Jeanette shortly before their fraternal twin girls arrived! Jeannette was in school for teaching but has taken a break to care for the twins. The family lives in Romania where Felix is studying international business. They wanted their names to work in Romania and named them Sofia (her middle name Romana is a nod to his father) and Alena (a nod to his aunt Adilena “Lena”). Sofia has curly, blond hair like her mother but brown eyes instead of Jeanette’s blue, and Alena has curly hair and Felix’s brown hair and green eyes. Roman, Ruby, and the younger kids and pets packed up and moved to England where they had little trouble transferring their jobs (Ruby has family over there and had always thought of living there at some point). Rosalie and Sarika are at odds right now, as the teenage Roz (as she likes to be called now, a nickname her mother despises) wants to die her auburn hair, much to her mother’s horror. It might help if Roz could decide on a color, but her fancy has been alternating between blue, black, rainbow, and titanium – which Sarika thinks looks suspiciously like “old lady grey” a description that sets Roz afire with indignation.

Ophelia and Ben had another daughter, Helena who has curly, blond hair and green eyes. Valerie got a boxer who she named Kali after the Indian goddess. Felix and Jeanette had a son last year. They named him Cristian (after Jeanette’s middle name and chose an Indian name for him). He has his mother’s blond hair (but his is straight) and blue eyes. The twins, Zacharie and Daniel are arguing over what to do after college. Daniel insists that Zacharie agreed to go halves on an apartment with him to save money while they started their careers, and Zacharie claims he agreed to no such thing and wants to backpack with friends across Europe instead. Sarika and Grant’s marriage did not survive the bitterness that festered from the negativity heaped upon them by their families at the outset of their relationship, and they have divorced. On the up side, Sarika got a raise at her job. On the down side, Odin the lizard died (though it’s a miracle it was still alive, to be honest). Rosalie’s (as she now goes by again, since her girlfriend thinks it’s much nicer than Roz and so of course she agrees – Sarika is thrilled beyond measure) girlfriend, Vatsana, moved in with Sarika and her when her parents reacted very negatively to learning she likes women and kicked her out. She has wavy, brown hair and dark brown eyes, and is a medical student. Aggie, Roman’s aged Corgi also passed away a few years ago.

Ophelia married a conservation officer from Iceland and moved there with him. His name is Benedikt “Ben” and he has straight, blond hair and hazel eyes. They just had a daughter, Willow, who has wavy, black hair and green eyes just like her mother. Valerie got a new job in a bookstore and is currently single, still living in Canada. Felix got married to his girlfriend Jeanette shortly before their fraternal twin girls arrived! Jeannette was in school for teaching but has taken a break to care for the twins. The family lives in Romania where Felix is studying international business. They wanted their names to work in Romania and named them Sofia (her middle name Romana is a nod to his father) and Alena (a nod to his aunt Adilena “Lena”). Sofia has curly, blond hair like her mother but brown eyes instead of Jeanette’s blue, and Alena has curly hair and Felix’s brown hair and green eyes. Roman, Ruby, and the younger kids and pets packed up and moved to England where they had little trouble transferring their jobs (Ruby has family over there and had always thought of living there at some point). Rosalie and Sarika are at odds right now, as the teenage Roz (as she likes to be called now, a nickname her mother despises) wants to die her auburn hair, much to her mother’s horror. It might help if Roz could decide on a color, but her fancy has been alternating between blue, black, rainbow, and titanium – which Sarika thinks looks suspiciously like “old lady grey” a description that sets Roz afire with indignation.

Ophelia and Ben had another daughter, Helena who has curly, blond hair and green eyes. Valerie got a boxer who she named Kali after the Indian goddess. Felix and Jeanette had a son last year. They named him Cristian (after Jeanette’s middle name and chose an Indian name for him). He has his mother’s blond hair (but his is straight) and blue eyes. The twins, Zacharie and Daniel are arguing over what to do after college. Daniel insists that Zacharie agreed to go halves on an apartment with him to save money while they started their careers, and Zacharie claims he agreed to no such thing and wants to backpack with friends across Europe instead. Sarika and Grant’s marriage did not survive the bitterness that festered from the negativity heaped upon them by their families at the outset of their relationship, and they have divorced. On the up side, Sarika got a raise at her job. On the down side, Odin the lizard died (though it’s a miracle it was still alive, to be honest). Rosalie’s (as she now goes by again, since her girlfriend thinks it’s much nicer than Roz and so of course she agrees – Sarika is thrilled beyond measure) girlfriend, Vatsana, moved in with Sarika and her when her parents reacted very negatively to learning she likes women and kicked her out. She has wavy, brown hair and dark brown eyes, and is a medical student. Aggie, Roman’s aged Corgi also passed away a few years ago.
