I like it and I don't think it's dated. Only the "Sandra" part is 80's IMO, and that's only if you use it as a nickname. The full Cassandra, Cass, Cassie, etc. aren't dated.
I don't really like the ambiguity of the second vowel. I don't really like it as much if the "sand" part is pronounced like the word "sand".
In theory I like that it's a mythology name, but it doesn't really feel mythological to me because it's so common.
