What would I think?
I might wonder whether the person has ties to a specific personality; or, retro ties to a specific age.
I might also wonder whether the person has ties to a French heritage.
I would quiet my curiosities and assert - that none of these questions are ultimately my concern (unless the information is voluntarily offered) and that still, it is a cool name.
