Yes - Thank you for these!Amaryllis - may S/he be Ellis or Elisha - or through some other spelling?
Sophronius - can he be Sophie, if she is Sophia?? Were he better to substitute the 'ph' for an 'f'? May he or she be Safron / Saphronia?

Frona is also one of the traditional nicknames for Sophronia. That name has a lot of options.
