I think it's nice. I don't think it's unrealistically long (4 syllable names are common enough), and it's not difficult to pronounce, so I'd disagree about it being too much.

The vibe I get from it is sort of like a cross between Zoe and Octavia. Spunky, stately, a little new-agey (I think because of the possibility of Zen as a NN).

I absolutely adore it, but I’d never use it. It’s pretty extra.

I love Zenobia! She’s strong, passionate, and feisty, but intelligent, calm, and thoughtful too. I’m considering her among many for second favourite girls’ name, and I don’t really see her as too much. She has the same feel and complexity as Alexandra to me. And I agree there are a plethora of nn possibilities (my favourites being Zena, Enna, and B).

I prefer Zinoviya and I guess I'd call her Zinya or Nova.
