I like:
Noemi
Ione
Aella Imogen
Maebh Genoveva
Charlotte Milagro
Úna Hélène Yuck!:
Nyxie
Kh'Leta (Jayden [m], Naveah, Ky'Airah, Ayanna, Pinkie [f]) - lucky Ayanna, the only one with a relatively normal name.
Lylith, Kaynen, Liberty
Eve-Anglenene - why not Eve Angeline? WTF is Anglenene?
Sunnee Autumn - with the surname D-a-y it's simply silly. Autumn is good on it's own.
Summer - just Summer would be fine. Even Summer Sun would be OK. Summer Zyn makes me think "Summer Sin".
Evalaia Galen - Evalaia makes me think "ever lying" and Galen means "mad" in Swedish
Lilah Nectar - lilac juice?
Tobi Pepper
Rhythm Selen - sellin' rhythm?
Swayzee
Iathy
Hoyt
Canyon
Cayde Listen - he won't
Shawn Shorty James
Tupac
Aerys Adonis Moon
Gettaud - get out?!
Trillyn Jace
Bryson Ironhorse
Brazos Oak - arms made of oak?
Invictus
Harley Storm
Iver Rhames & Roark Loring
Forest Boone

Love:Elspeth Briar Rose - It's GP, but I love it! Totally medieval.
Sonja
Ismene Vivianne
Aella Imogen
Maebh Genoveva - Another medieval gem, though unless this is in Ireland, Maebh is going to have pronunciation issues (I usually see Maeve in the states).
Calla (but not Jo, unless it's short for Josephine)
&
Jeremiah
Lucas Kermit - I'm not denying the flow of this. Total GP.
Atlas Montgomery - Ditto.
Calvin Edward Invictus - Tritto.Like:Priscilla Ione (but not "Lylith")
Violet (but none of those middle names!)
Summer
Hestia
Pearl and Rose (but not in the same combo)
Úna Hélène
&
Daedalus (GP, but too much with Perseus)
Carter Jacob (I'm not commenting on the second middle, since it looks like it's from a culture not my own)
Shawn James (I'm hoping "Shorty" is a nickname)
Emmanuel (but it's too much with Shepard)
Jonathan
David Tyler (seems a bit 90s though?)
Forest BooneUh... what?:Nyxie
Kh'Leta, Ky'Airah, and again I'm hoping Pinkie is a nickname
Sunnee Autumn + surname = Lifetime of Teasing
Tobi Pepper - I just think this sounds ridiculous, sorry.
Rhythm
Swayzee - Seriously?
Bellamy Gialdino - I read this and immediately assumed the bearer was male, especially with that middle name.
Cayde Listen - "Cayde! Listen to your Momma!"
Tupac - Seriously?
Aerys Adonis Moon - Oh, for goodness sake, how mad a tyrant do you want this kid to be?
Trillyn Jace - I initially read that as "Thrillin". Trillyn isn't much better.
Roark Loring - This just doesn't sound attractive at all, sorry.

QuoteSunnee Autumn + surname = Lifetime of Teasing
You know, I'm not sure. I know a Wynt3r C0mf0rt and she gets a lot of positive comments. People like sunny days, don't they?

I know a Sunny Day. All positive comments their whole life.

Why would anybody name their kid Shorty?
vote up1
because he's short...obviously...

SwayzeSwayze is not uncommon in Mississippi for either sex. The baseball field at Ole Miss is called Swayze Field after Tom Swayze (star player in college and later a long time coach of the team) and from my research, the Swayze family were some of the earliest settlers in the Natchez area. Natchez is one of the best preserved towns from before the civil war and had many grand plantations and there is still a lot of 'old money' there. Patrick Swayze was also a descendent of that family. There is a well known attorney in my town with the surname Swayze and it's not uncommon to hear it as a surname. More often than not though, I see it as a first name. I think I've had one Swayze in at least one of my classes each semester (all female). One of the kids that I babysit is best friends with a male Swayze who is about 11. I did a bit of research on this when I started seeing or hearing it around so much. I think the first time I ever saw a BA for a Swayze, before I lived here, I thought it was in honor of Patrick Swayze or something but I think even that was a Mississippi BA. Maybe quads where one of the girls was called Swayze?Anyway, I don't know where your BA is from but I thought I'd share that :)

Interesting! I have definitely seen Swayze a handful of times and had no idea it had a lot of history is Mississippi.

There is a YouTuber called Unnatural Vegan who’s first name is Swayze. That’s the only time I’ve heard of it used as a first name.

Mississippi is such a bizarre little naming microcosm. I had always assumed Swayze was after Patrick Swayze before now.
vote up1
It seriously is. I'm regularly baffled! But now I'm kind of used to Swayze being a given name *shrug*But I thought it was 100% because some parents were too obsessed with Patrick Swayze but I don't think that's it in the majority of cases at all. I'd guess that the majority of people given the first name Swayze would be in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama.

Swayze has appeared in the data in these states:Ohio - only in 2013, 5 births
Pennsylvania - only in 2017, 5 births
California - only in 2014, 5 births
Georgia - only in 2012, 5 births
Texas - 2012 (6), 2013 (5), 2014 (6). Also Swayzie in 2017, 7 births
Mississippi - 2005 (5), 2010 (7), 2012 (7), 2013 (11), 2014 (5), 2015 (10), 2016 (12), 2017 (13).Utah prefers Swayzie (2012, 6; 2016, 7). Swayze and Swayzee had 5 births each in 2017.
So you're right about Mississippi. (It is also the only state where it appeared prior to Patrick Swayze's death). If it's used in Louisiana and Alabama, it's less than 5-- but the national data says there were 66 born in 2017 so I'm counting 43 unaccounted for.

I mainly suggested LA and AL because of closeness in geography and especially because Natchez is close to LA. I didn't look up the stats so I took a guess. I'm glad the stats reflected my hypotheses on Swayze in MS though :) Thanks!I have definitely had more Swayzes than that in my classes born prior to 2005 but it's entirely possible they were Mary Swayze or Anna Swayze or something and went by their middle name that appeared on my roll. Name stats are hard here because so many go by their middle names.

Just going to give very immediate thoughtsPoor Pinkie, I don't like her siblings names, but I get the appeal. Pinkie is... awful.I can't decide if I like Nectar or if I think it's weird.I like Cleo on a boy, but I wonder how hard it will be to live with in present society.Listen is a nice sound, but as a nickname it almost seems just silly. Like when the kid's getting in trouble and you're adding on names it sounds more like "Cayde, Listen!"Una and Yves are a gorgeous set and Una Helene is a beautiful combo.

Sorry about the dead computer, but these are great anyway.Kh'Leta is silly, but I'd rather have it as a name than Pinkie!
Eve-Anglenene. Crikey. Not a fan of Evangeline, but it didn't deserve that
I like the meaning of Aella. Had to laugh at the person who commented 'this name is paella without the p!'
Vaguely fascinated by Cleo David and also wondering if they just left an n off.
Tautailousamailoaloufaasinomago seems to be Samoan (there's an article online on his mum, or someone with the same name as her) I wonder what it means?

That is one hell of a list..
Random first impressions.. I kinda like Ilea.
Nyxie was a character in book I read (year 2060 setting)
How does one pronounce Kh'Leta kuh-LEE-tah?
Eve-Anglenene: These people really like e's..
Look, this girl is starring in some kind of 12+ novel, but why not Sunny Autumn, WHY?
Calla is nice, Hoyt is horrendous and sounds like a hacking. Atlas is kinda cool,
Daedalus Perseus (Hestia): Some people just really love Greek Mythology (I suppose it's better than e's)
I'm impressed that there have been three Robert Herman Hashimoto's already.
Why call your kid Shorty? They do grown..
Trillyn... ugh,
Calling your kid Invictus is kind of a power move..

QuoteHow does one pronounce Kh'Leta kuh-LEE-tah?
Right before I posted, I said it out loud like kuh-let-ah and said "OH it's Coletta!" It might be kuh-lee-tah though.
vote up1
Coletta is possible too. And makes sense!
vote up1
Oh my heck, that does look like a butchering of Coletta. WHY? They took a beautiful name and hecked it up.

Ok, nectar grosses me out for some reason. Swayzee is hilarious. Nyxie sounds like lice shampoo. Trillyn??? Daedalus is... a lot.

Yikes. This list ... just wow. Some interesting names but mostly just pain. The good ones:Ismene Vivianne —creative (not tryndee, but truly imaginative) and euphonious name. BTW don’t we have an Ismene here?Calvin Edward Invictus — love the Calvin Edward part, and Invictus is a bold choice in the second middle slot.David Tyler — he lucked out SO much with a much better name than his sibling. Úna Heléne and Yves Norman — naming perfection. Meaningful, balanced, creative without being ridiculous, nods to history. Their parents get an A+ for awesome naming skillz. Maeve Genoveva — mixing name languages like this often doesn’t work, but I think this one does.
Bah, the usual trendy fare:Harley Storm — it’s a baby, not a motorcycle.Aerys Adonis Moon — tries WAY too hard to be esoteric and just sounds like the name of a character in a bad fantasy novel.Atlas MontgomeryAtlas is a big name to live up to, and honestly most don’t fit the bill. This will be especially ironic on a kid who grows up to be nerdy and not very physically fit. Calla Jo — This seems cutesy and incomplete. Calla isn’t terrible but the Jo part ... Josephine would have been so much better. Nyxie ReneeNyx is a really interesting, strong, “underused classic” name that I’d love to see used more. Adding an -ie takes it out of the “interesting old Greek” category and puts it firmly in the “yet another trendy cutesy girl name” box.

QuoteBTW don’t we have an Ismene here?
Yes, but it's not her real name.
QuoteTupac — naming him after a rapper from 20 years ago and then giving him no middles. Why?!
He may or may not have middles; some of the hospitals I get these from only provide first names.

I’m willing to bet this is a Samoan or Maori name. These cultures often give their kids very long, deeply meaningful names like this.

It is Samoan - you win your bet :)

That’s cool! Hm I wonder what it means then. And how it’s actually pronounced.
