No, it looks off-putting. I guess because of words like liver and saliva.
LEE-va would not be my first or second guess. I'd think:
Livia (https://www.behindthename.com/name/livia-2) but minus an I
or Liv (https://www.behindthename.com/name/liv-2) plus A
or with the Li said like the Ly in Lyra (as it is in saliva)
And even if LEE-va did seem the intuitive pronunciation to me, I generally think the lee sound in names is grating.
All that said, I don't think it's a bad name. I just would never consider using it myself.
