I mentioned liking Carey and Kelly to the poster above. The only Carey I know thinking about it is Carey Mullighan but it's growing on me more and more.
I love the meaning behind Ailbhe, but when I saw he pronunciation I wondered if it would get butchered.
I am not a big fan of Rowan on either gender. Not sure why. I do like nature names, but just not this one.
