I like Amina. I also like the Arabic name Amira. I like the nickname Mia for Amina.

It has a pretty sound, and I would probably like it more if it wasn't so associated with Islam.

I really like it. Sweet and short, and it sounds both strong and graceful. The meaning of "feel safe" is also interesting, as are its variants (Aminah, Emina, and Ameena).

The meanings of truthful and feel safe are both great, but it seems that superficially feminine pretty in sound. Airy and bland.
