Probably not in my lifetime. Except as a retro name. Like naming a kid Howard today. Howard and Harold are more likely to come back sooner IMO.
Gary was the name of my geometry teacher in high school, and of one of my father's best friends. I went to school with a couple of Garys, they'd be mid-40s now. I don't know any younger ones.
