It does look like Dorothy is coming back.
I try to stay with the times, and not be one of those older people who still thinks that names that have come back into style are "old lady" and "old man". Most of the time, I can open my mind up enough to re-evaluate these names. But Dorothy is one that I've tried, but I just can't stop seeing it as middle-aged dowdy.
I think Dorrie is a much cuter nickname for it than Dottie.
