I agree, I don't think they NEED nns except maybe for Arianna. Arianna could go by Ari, Arian, or Anna. I've only heard Airin used on a boy so... yeah, just to throw that in there.

Why do they even need nicknames? I don't get why people always have to give them.

Ayla sounds like one already but I do like it in a way.
Airin, I don't like but it still doesn't need one.
Arianna, I don't like it either. I guess you could use Anna but that seems pointless.

Ayla is already short enough, so I wouldn't use any nns for it.

Rin for Airin; Ari, Ri, An or Anna for Arianna. I can imagine people calling Ayla 'Ayl' or 'Ayls' or something similar

For Ayla you could use nicknames Aylie or Lala or Laya.
