There are worse names. Between the two of them, I think I prefer Dune.
Dune sounds kind of like "dude" and reminds me of the beach, and those things combined make me think of surfers. Also, for some reason, I'm tempted to pronounce it like Dunn when I imagine it as a name.
Boone reminds me of "the boonies" and The Boondock Saints.
