I agree with you and would like this name more if I didn't associate it so much to Leland Palmer from Twin Peaks...

I like it! I don't even think it feels that old-fashioned. It's very basebally. I knew a Leland when I was a teenager (he around same age), but have never met another.

I like it. It seems old fashioned but modern at the same time. I think it'd be cute on a kid, handsome on a man. It's uncommon but not so off the wall that it'll get weird looks.

Not a fan... I'm not sure why as I don't mind Lee, but something about Leland just sounds really dorky to me.
