I like the sound of it; it's popular in quite a few countries; there have been a few born here; some people may remember Florian Fortescue from HP, and thus be at least a little familiar with it; and Julian, Adrian & Fabian are still charting here.

Three-syllable names do tend to get shortened though, even if just occasionally. And it's tricky to shorten.
