One of few "surnames as first names" that I like (along with Beckett, Bennett, and Donovan). It's masculine without being "macho," and fits in with modern male names without being too trendy. And, of course, there's Harrison Ford. :-)
Normally I would prefer Harris, but unfortunately I have a quite bad association with that name, so... Harrison it is!
