I love it, and zow-ee. I dislike Zoey as a spelling. It looks ridiculous. Technically, there is an argument that Zoe should rhyme with Joe or Jo. I think that most people would pronounce it zow-ee, and that is therefore the social norm. Zoe Elizabeth is lovely, but there are so many options, that would work well with this short, sweet name. Charlotte, Evelyn, Joanne and Josephine come to mind for me.
