It's okay, but only okay. I think it sounds severe and a bit cold. The Ann Toh Nee A sound makes me think vaguely of chemicals, for some reason.
I think Toni is very cute, and I'd just use Toni on its own if I wanted that name. Tonya/Tanya doesn't seem a real likely nn, because 1. the sounds of it and Antonia are pretty different and 2. Tonya and Tanya are already almost always used by themselves.I much prefer Antoinette if we're talking about a feminine forms of Anthony. I happen to love Anthony for a boy, and Antonio is pretty cool too. The o ending takes away the chemical aftertaste.You're entitled to your own opinions.
