Jazz June: It sounds like a name bored middle-class parents who want to be modern day beatniks would use (although they have absolutely no idea what the beatniks were about). Their the kind who drink lots of coffee (and only the kind they drink France), listen to jazz music (but, in fact, don't really like it and are just listening to it to sound pretentious), and avoid getting real jobs because they want to be interpretive dancers.
June Rose: Pretty name and I agree with MelH. It has a very hippie vibe. I can imagine a character with this name living in a very enviroment-conscious home and eating only organic foods, having to walk home from school because her parents won't by a car, and occasionally seeing her mom and dad in the full monty as they go off to a nudist retreat.
Apphia Eulalie: I've never heard the name Apphia before, but Eulalie will always be connected with the mountains of Tennessee for me. I knew a girl named Eulalie and my grandfather almost married a woman named Eula May, so, to me, its a very Southern name. I mean real back-water, cabin-in-the-Appalachian-Mountains Southern. Where they walk around barefoot, drive around in pick-up trucks, look for UFOs, marry their cousins, shoot things with thirty different types of guns, and wear camouflage every day of the week.
Petronella Susan: Again, I have to agree MelH on this one. It does sound like the name of a wealthy family who trying to appear very wordly. Ever seen the British comedy "Keeping Up Appearances"? If not, then the main character, Hyacinth, is always either telling people that she knows Lord and Lady Such-and-Such, making delivery trucks circle the block for hours so they would be able to deliver all of her "fine things" at the exact same time her neighbors are coming home, and occasionally breaking into Lord and Lady Such-and-Such's mansion so she can meet royalty and move up in society.
That might be a little more detailed than what you wanted, but I hope it helps.
