Yes. It seems the name of a Duchess or a Medieval princess.
It is quite elegant.
But if I think about Ghislaine it has a complex sound that is quite unpleasant. It is not familiar to me.

I only like it pronounced with a hard 'g' 'Gee LEN', rather than 'zhis len'
