It used to be Elinor. Now I am tending towards Eleanor, but I like them both a lot. I dislike all nicknames for it. Ellie isn't very interesting with it being in the top 100 by itself and all the girls named Ella around. Nell or Nellie are names I never cared about at all. Nora is a fully established name and I would feel weird calling an Eleanor Nora or even Ella. I would stick with the full name. I also like Elaine a lot and Elena but only pronounced eh-LEH-na with long EH sounds.
