A ruptured dam at the border with Tyran's neighbour country, Cytel, has caused floods there. There have been rumours that Tyran sabotaged the dam itself, to weaken Cytel and benefit Tyran economically. A war is threatening to break out, and Esfir's diplomatic skills are not available now that she's on maternal leave after having Fedir. Emilis misses his wife's support, and he hopes he can solve this mess himself...
