Isaiah has never really been on my radar. I don't love it nor do I hate it. It's attractive, I suppose. I certainly prefer it to the similar Isaac. Isaiah is definitely masculine.

I like it. It's not too common, but also familiar at the same time. I also like Isaac. Actually I think I prefer Isaac slightly more.
