I got inspired by Millie and decided to continue the story of one of the members of the original family :)
Rébecca works now as an economist and lives with her partner Edvin in a beautiful Art Nouveau style building in Oslo, Norway. Edvin is a Finn and works in Greenpeace Nordic: he has wavy brown hair and brown eyes.

Rébecca’s grandma Lidija dies at the age 85. The family travels to the funeral in São Paulo, Brazil, where Rébecca’s father Danko and siblings Victor, Philippe and Pauline finally meet Rébecca’s husband and children.

Year 9
This year has been full of changes for the family! Rébecca follows on her mother Catherine’s footsteps: she quits her job in finance and becomes a freelancer journalist. The family also leaves Oslo and move back to Finland. They found a nice, 125-year-old farmhouse near Joensuu in the Eastern Finland. Before their move Hiroshi the rat passes away.

Marius loves climbing in trees. One day he accidentally fells and hurts his wrist, so that he needs to wear plaster cast of three weeks.

A strong autumn storm rages in the east of Finland and thousands of homes are without electricity, one of them being Rébecca and Edvin’s.

Rébecca and Edvin’s neighbor’s random-bred cat litters seven kittens. One of them gets a home from the Rébecca and Edvin’s: Edvin wants to name her Susu, because she reminds the feline with the same name he owned as a boy.

Again, a year of changes! Edvin has still passion for environmental issues, but instead of administrative work he wants to become an environmental artist. He founds a community of that kind of art in Darwin, Australia and a cosy bungalow for a big family. The whole family moves there except Tara and Vilmar.

Tara has settled down in Joensuu and found her love. Joona is a young city council member, who has hazel eyes and long, straight black hair: yes, he’s a metalhead! They’re now parents of triplets, two girls and a boy. Martta has wavy black hair and brown eyes, Silja straight black hair and hazel eyes, and Väinö straight dark brown hair and brown eyes.
