Shavonne Abigaia McGovern [24] has curly red hair and green eyes. She met her husband Cianán Dobrogost Madigan [22], who has wavy black hair and green eyes, at University. Both have graduated with degrees in Early Childhood Education from Carlow Institute of Technology. Cianán was recently hired as a preschool teacher. Shavonne, after earning a postgraduate diploma in Special Educational Needs, now works at a primary school as a special education teacher.

Year 1: Shavonne attended the WCSNE conference in Philadelphia. The couple made a vacation out of it and did some sightseeing in Philly and New York.

Year 2: Cianán wrote a children's book about ducks. It was illustrated by a friend.

Year 3: The couple trained for and ran a marathon this year.

Year 4: Shavonne now works at a school for the blind.
