Instead of trying for their own, Marcus and Charity have decided to start their family by adopting. They looked into several adoption agencies around the world until they stumbled upon a picture of a little boy in South Africa named Andile. He had been abandoned by his parents and was currently in foster care and in need of a loving home. Charity immediately fell in love with the three-year-old, and six long months later, she and Marcus officially became his adoptive parents. Andile loves his new home and learning to speak English.

Charity’s prayers for a little girl have finally been answered! After a long but smooth pregnancy, Charity gave birth to Madeline Faith Travis, nicknamed Mady. Both Andy and Harrison are delighted to have a baby sister, and Harrison always wants to hold her. Andy has also been a big help, especially by helping with baths.

Not long after Mady was born, Charity found out she was pregnant again—with twins! This came as a shock, because Charity had wanted to wait until Mady was two to have more kids. The girls, Rebecca Nicole and Rachel Naomi, were born exactly a month after Mady’s first birthday. They’re an absolute joy, especially Becca, who is always curious about her surroundings.
