I'd choose Eliana because it seems more fresh to me due to the fact that I've known waaay too many women/girls named Lisa (and that includes a sister, two S-I-L, an ex-wife, and several cousins)! I've also known a few people named Elisa to boot. Finally, Elisa doesn't seem like a full name to me (short form of Elisabeth, Elisabetta).
Both are beautiful and elegant. Eliana seems a bit more intriguing and mysterious to me because I've never known anyone with this name. I can picture a variety of looks with these names although I do picture someone definitely attractive, intelligent, and self-possessed.
