I actually know a Mara Elizabeth. And isn't actress Mara Wilson's middle name Elizabeth as well? It is a very generic combo, I would definitely try to find another middle name. The weird thing is that I don't even know many Maras, only the two I mentioned above (and I have never met the actress) but both have Elizabeth as their middle name.

Mara Christine seems very 70s, Christine is dated. Mara doesn't have the most contemporary sound, even though it was never common it is close to 70s/80s/90s dated names such as Tamara, Sara, Sarah, Tara and Kara. It needs a fresh middle name.

Mara is very no-nonsense, very serious and there is a certain beauty about it. But I dislike the meaning so it's nothing I would use.
