Lily is a bit juvenile for my tastes, doable with the right surname, but I perfer an elaborated form.
Peony doesn't sound like a name at all.
Noelle is fine, but has never interested me. It seems a bit cheesy (in a way Noel doesn't, oddly)
Eliana is beautiful, although a bit frilly and maybe becoming a bit trendy. It's the one I would choose to use.
