Hmm, none really strike me this go 'round except maybe Selma Else. The other ones I like are Lyydia Helena, Elise Amalia and Catrin Evelina but they're nothing exciting.
I have a question, since I know nothing about Finnish language and structure. What does a duplication of letters do to the pronunciation? Anything? Or is it like English wherein the majority of the time it would sound fine with just one letter (see, leter vs letter)?

Yes, the duplication does matter in the pronunciation of Finnish. For example, words "tuli" (means "fire"), "tuuli" ("wind") and "tulli" ("customs") are all pronounced slightly differently: the double letters in "tuuli" and "tulli" are stressed, otherwise they sound too much like "tuli". In some names, though, the pronunciation rules are looser. For example, in the given name Nina the letter "i" can be pronounced shorter (like in English) or longer like in the name's Finnish form Niina.
