Help[Opinions] UK quadruplets
All girls, from a BBC news article:
Brodie
Ginger
Keiko
Trixie
No middle names were listed. Parents are Kirsty Jayne and Richard.
Trixie I could stomach if it were short for Beatrix/Bellatrix, but on its own it sounds more like a pet name to me. Don't like any of the others except Keiko.

I find Keiko pretty cool. It was a name our family considered when we were getting a dog. (In the end Zukua won.) I don't like the others either.

I love Trixie, can deal with Ginger and Keiko, and dislike Brodie. The part of me that likes siblings with the same no. of letters is slightly bothered by Keiko only having 5 letters, but that's me being weird. Not the worst set ever, but not the best either in my opinion.

I like Ginger as a nn, the rest aren't my style.
I kind of like that all the names are so different in style? None of those "make sense" together by our standards, but it's cool to see how people *actually* name quadruplets.

Yes! That's what I like about the sibset as well. The names are not my style at all but I really like that they've named them individually and not like a set of four that needs matchy names.

It is a strange sibset...
But I think that these names are nice on their own or with other siblings.
I like Ginger very much because of the colour, the sound and it remember me the wonderful Ginger Rogers.
Keiko is lovely..but only on a Japanese.
Trixie is glittering..too childish maybe but very spunky imo!

God, those are stupid names. There's no other word for them, stupid.
The whole set sounds like a boy, Brody, and his three dogs.
Honestly, Ginger is now a dog's name, and I was under the impression that in the uK, people with red hair don't like being called gingers.
And Trixie never even got the modest human use that Ginger once did; it's strictly a dog or cat name.
Keiko might be a legit person's name in Japan, but if these people are not Japanese they should have left it alone.
The whole set sounds like a boy, Brody, and his three dogs.

It's a very weird sibset! Not that I think names of siblings have to match at all but these are as different as they could get.

Keiko - an extremely, extremely dated Japanese name and also a whale. There are so many nice Japanese names out there, I really think this is one of my least favorites.

I think we can rest assured that these parents didn't want their children to have serious-sounding names. I think some parents honestly do want their children to have names that sound like pets' names.

Brodie is the worst of the bunch. I just realized that I hate when people stick "ie" on the end of a name so that it looks cute and precious. We have an employee at work named Ashlie. No, that doesn't really make your Ashlie any different from the thousands of females out there named Ashley and it just looks childish. Kthxbye.
