[Opinions] Re: Chloe
I like it, it has a nice sound. The meaning is beautiful too and it has a long history. I wouldn't use it because there are many other names I prefer (also the similar sounding Cleo, maybe you like it?) and because it already seems slightly dated to me. It had an unusually short run, at least in the US. It was last in the top ten 6 years ago and has been falling ever since (percentage, it seems to have risen in 2015 but that is only because other names have fallen even further, not because it was used more). In other countries it seems to be more 90s dated, I know a ton of girls from the UK and Australia with this name who were all born in the 90s. It just doesn't seem fresh anymore but like something past its expiration date that will be gone soon.

I do like Cleo, more than Chloe actually but my sister has a bird named Cleo.
