I like Lavender. It just sounds like a standard flower name to me, not any different than Lily, Violet, etc. The ending isn't really unexpected since it's a word name.

Unexpected in the way that there aren't so many girls names that end in -er these days but mostly those that end in -a or -ee sounds ;)
