I think Ada is an old-fashioned but "fun" name that needs a similar name for her sibling. Ada & Blythe
Ada & Clementine - difference in length of the names bothers me a tiny bit, though
Ada & Esme
Ada & Esther
Ada & Matilda - but they both end in -da :-/
Ada & Olive
Ada & Rue - but only as a nn for Ruth :b
Ada & Stella

Ada could also work as a nn for Adelaide (or Adeline) that would also sound nice with most of these names a twinset. But the other names here are too odd (compared to Ada), masculine or modern sounding to be paired with Ada, IMO. Other suggestions for Ada & _________:
Flora
Nora
Clara
Beatrice
Cecilia
Maude
Willa
Rowena
Ramona
Harriet
Delia
Nola
Lila (LYE-lah)
Cleo
Eve
~Heather~
