Leah & Olivia are both pretty (if very popular) names, and I particularly like the combo Leah Noelle. Congrats to your cousin!

I quite like both names.

I like Leah a bit better than Olivia, though Joy is really great with Olivia.

Noelle is a fave, and it works with Leah in both look and sound.
