Well, I love the name Katie! I had a childhood friend named this, her full name being Katherine. She was a neighbor and very nice. She also had a very talkative parakett! lol but I digress.

Katie can be a nickname for just about any variant of Katherine, besides the name itself - Katelyn, Kathleen, Katlyn...I could go on!
