Veronica is a strong, no-nonsense name that is still obviously feminine. I would expect a Veronica to be professionally successful with a solid backbone - perhaps a lawyer, CEO, or Editor-in-chief.
I'm rather surprised at some of the shade thrown at Veronica in this thread - I'd assumed the name was well-liked. I don't think it's any snootier a name than, say, Victoria. Or Cassandra.
Perhaps it helps that my first association with the name is the detective show "Veronica Mars."
