Marcus and Elia's family is growing up! Marcus teaches engineering classes at a local college while running his own engineering consulting firm (that he started six years ago). Elia continues to work as a preschool teacher and also spends time hosting hordes of pre-teen boys when Ash and Ty have friends over.
Marci, eighteen, continues to love dancing and wants to move to New York and try out for the Ballet (failing that, she wants to dance on Broadway). For now though, she is a senior in high school and both Marcus and Elia insist that her studies come first.
Ash and Ty are energetic ten year olds. They love playing soccer and are also doing karate at a local dojo. One of their friends recently started playing ice hockey, so they are begging Marcus to let them join the team too (nevermind that neither boy knows how to skate).
