I prefer Rosalind. The "mund" ending reminds me too much of the German and Dutch word for mouth, I think it sounds very unpleasant.
There are a lot of different nicknames you could use for Rosalind, like Lindy or Rosa, but of course you can't do much about it when someone wants to call her Roz.
