Jerry, Jem (ugh( Jim, Jimmy, Jere, Jay, those all spring to mind and make at least some sense in relation to the name itself. I guess Jeremy would be a good one also, but it would seem pretty silly to use it for a nn rather than just use Jeremy as the full name in the first place.
