[Opinions] Apollonia!
I just found out that Apollonia is a family name, way back in the tree, but still a family name. I love it and especially with the nn Polly. Opinions?

That's awesome! Apollonia is a great name. Polly is cute, but I'm not crazy about it. I'd use Apollonia as a middle name and not a first name (I'd use it as a fn if I liked Polly better though, or some other nickname. Like Apple or Appy or Polonia, Lonie, whatever).

Prefer the French form Apolline, sounds less awkward but Apollonia is okay. Really like the nickname Polly.

I love it! What a great name to have in the family. Polly, I think dull but inevitable, but I think Apollonia is perfectly usable in full

I like it and it's on my PNL. I also like Apollinaria. But both names are a bit of a mouthful. The nn Polly is great, though.

Well, I do like it. And I like Polly too. But to me Apollonia is so tied to Prince that I literally hear Purple Rain when I see the name ;)

I just feel like using a family name that is so far back isn't really like using a family name. You may as well have just chosen a random name and say its a family name. I think I profer Apolena to Apollonia. The nickname Polly is really cute, though.

I love it! But I don't like Polly, it reminds me of Pollyanna. Or parrots.

I love Apollonia. I also like Abelone, Apolline and, for a boy, Apollo and Apolinary. I think Apollonia is usable with a good nickname. Personnaly I don't like Polly at all. I'd go for Pola or Polina. Or maybe even Lone or Lona.

I adore it! Apollinaire and Apollinariya also appeal to me.

Apollonia is a whole lot of name. I think ita pretty, but clunky. Polly is sweet, and spunky enough to balance it I think.
