Not IRL
I used to LOVE Anastasia! And then I met a couple real-life Anastasias and realized that, while I liked the name on fictional characters (or historical figures), it wasn't one I cared so much for IRL. It just seemed so... much, you know? Too much.
Unfortunately, I had the same reaction to Sabrina...

I like it. It's definitely usable!
Yes I think it is usable. A bit princessy for my tastes, but it's nice enough.
Middle names, I would probably go for something short and sweet to balance out Anastastia.
Anastastia Rose
Anastastia Phoebe
Anastastia Lauren
Anastastia May
Anastastia Wren
Anastastia Ellen
Anastastia Faye
Anastastia Faith
Anastastia Petra

It's definitely usable. I loved the Anastasia Krupnik books (by Lois Lowry) as a child and even wrote my own books about a Swedish Anastasia.
I think I stopped loving the name when someone said it sounded like "metastasis" and since then I can't think of Anastasia without thinking "metastasis"...
I think it's one of the "romantic" names a lot of people tend to like, a bit like Charlotte, Scarlett, Rhiannon...

I wanted to like it as a kid, but then as I got older the only Anastasias I met were very...downgrade. Sorry, I don't have another word for it.
I like it, especially with the nn Annie. I definitely think it's usable, can't see why not. As for mns, I'd suggest something shorter and more simple.
I saw the animated film by the same name with my older children while pregnant with my youngest. Needless to say, I briefly considered it. What put me off was the different pronunciations. I prefer ahn-ah-STAH-see-ah and I knew I'd have an uphill battle with that one! Unfortunately, the most common pronunciation where I live reminds me of anesthesia. :-(
Having said that, Anastasia is lovely. It's absolutely usable.
Combos:
Anastasia Caroline
Anastasia Laurel
Anastasia Daphne
Anastasia Juliet
Anastasia Joy
Anastasia Rosalind

I like Anastasia. I think it's usable - I know an Anastasia. She goes by Tusya (she's Russian). I prefer Ana/Anya. I don't like Stacy/Stacey.

It's usable, I guess, but I wouldn't. I used to like it, back when I was a kid and loved the Anastasia Krupnik books by Lois Lowry, but I got over it. The name is just so bloated and puffed up, and it has a cold feel to it also. Also sounds a bit too much like anesthesia.
I also used to love the Anastasia Krupnik books. i remember having a book day at primary school and she was the character I went as!
