Oh i like both these names!
Julia - very pretty name. Jules and even Lia are great nns, and Julia is great for a small child, a teenager and an adult!
Chelsea - there is something about this name that is just so nice and fresh! Maybe its the 'sea' ending... i dunno but i really like it, and can't explain why! Elsie is a great nn.
The only thing is Chelsea is great name for a child and teenager, but might not be the best name for an adult. I have never met an adult Chelsea so I don't really know. Guess its something to think about though.
